Feminine Pads/Liners/Tampons: These usually go on sale for around $2 and there are always $2 coupons floating around.

Toothbrushes: Usually priced around $1-$2 and there's often $1-$2 coupons available. Reach is a brand you can almost always get for free.
Toothpaste: Usually priced around the $1 mark, and often there's coupons for $1 or more available. Always check the clearance section for cheap toothpaste as well!
There's ALWAYS coupons for these products and if you hold on to the coupons and wait for a sale, you will most likely get them for free (maybe even make some money if you shop at Walmart where they pay overages!).
